Download instructions, push download button after download open file, it should open with winzip, create a new folder on you desktop and select & copy all the files from winzip into the new folder, click on the file that looks like a game controller then a black screen will open, at the top of the screen go to "file" and select "Load Game" which should open up that new folder you created, the folder "roms" should already be selected with the game file there, select the game and push open rom

Download instructions, visit the website below and download Project64, after download follow the install instructions. Next down the game you want, after download open file, it should open with winzip, create a new folder on you desktop called (whatever game you downloaded) and then select & copy all the files from winzip into the new folder, go into you programs folder (or start menu, all programs) and look for Project64 and open it, a black screen will open, at the top of the screen go to "File" and select "Load Rom" browse for the new folder you created before with the game you downloaded,
select the game and push open.
